Does anyone know why they currently aren't selling new policies (again!)?

says: BMC Travel Insurance is temporarily unavailable. As a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) registered company we are required to update compliance documentation. Recent updates are currently being processed and our Travel Insurance is not available until this is complete. Any previous policies issued are not affected.

I wondered if anyone knew the time frame involved, or anything more.

Something similar also happened last year, in the middle of the summer alpine season. Slightly frustrating as the BMC policy is good value, and crucially covers you whilst working abroad.
